We respect your privacy. This page explains what this website and our clinic collect and how we use it.
Information you give us
When you book, reserve a community evening or send a message, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address and phone number. The booking form asks briefly what brings you in and whether you’re pregnant or take blood thinners, so Maren can prepare. Share only as much as you’re comfortable with. We use what you send only to run your booking, send confirmations and reminders, and reply to you. We never sell your information.
Your health information
What you tell Maren in the clinic goes into your record, which we keep securely and treat as confidential. We share it only with your permission, with your own doctor or another provider you ask us to contact, or where the law requires.
Payments
Deposits are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Email list
If you join our email list, we’ll write a few times a year. Each message has an unsubscribe link, and we’ll remove you the same day.
Information collected automatically
This site uses privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without cookies and without identifying you personally.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us at any time by emailing hello@stillwaterburlington.com. Records of treatment are kept for as long as Vermont requires.
